My insurance (progressive) sent me here. At first I was apprehensive because of the reviews, but they had great communication and technician did a wonderful job! My vehicle was returned in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with The Body Shop at Sames Chevrolet after they repaired my Mach-E. The quality of work was outstanding—my vehicle looks like it was never even in an accident. Communication throughout the process was excellent, which made everything much less stressful. A special thank you to Mr. Rodriguez for his guidance and support—he truly made the entire experience smoother and helped ease the stress of having my vehicle in the shop. I highly recommend their team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care.

I had a great experience at Sames Body Shop, thanks to Alberto Rodriguez and his team. From start to finish, the service was professional, honest, and efficient. Alberto kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and made sure I understood what was being done and why. The quality of the work was outstanding—my vehicle looked like new when I got it back. The attention to detail and craftsmanship really stood out. They also handled everything in a timely manner, which made a stressful situation much easier. Customer service was top-notch. Alberto was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. It’s not always easy to find a body shop you can trust, but this is definitely one I would recommend to anyone needing repairs. Overall, excellent service, high-quality work, and a team that truly cares. Thank you again to Alberto and everyone at Sames Body Shop! Eduardo Garcia

Alberto and his team did an excellent job of keeping me informed the entire time. The vehicle was done very quickly. Ahead of schedule. I can’t say enough good things about this place. 10 out of 10.

So I wrecked my vehicle around the beginning of November and my insurance went ahead and serviced it with Laredo Chevrolet on Saunders, Body Shop. It’s been almost two months and u have yet to receive my vehicle. I’ve non stopped been try to reach them by phone, but of course, no one can pick up a simple phone call. And when they do, it’s either them still working on the paint for the body of my car or it’s the wheel itself that’s still missing a part to be delivered. Overall, their customer service is poor and if this is how long one usually waits under the repair of their insurance, then damn… either I have to switch my insurance provider or simply take it to faster more efficient body shop. (Oh, yeah my insurance is Progressive).
